My Luxurious Treat- Porridge

i never post anything about food before in my blog. this time i gonna share my favourite food which was porridge!! yummy nice nice porridge.. not those watery rice in water but thick thick porridge..

i just ate this porridge a few minutes ago and a sudden thought of blogging a post about..(thats why it left only half a bowl when i took a picture of it). its already the third time this week i ate this porrigde from the same stall. now that stall owner, who was a ex-neighbour of mine, knows what i'm going order already when i come to her stall.

Pork porridge-plus egg-minced meat only-extra fried onions.

all this started when i was young, when i get sick i wouldn't eat a single thing unless my dad tapao porridge for me.. usually my mom will cook those watery watery porridge... urghh... imagine when you are sick then you need to eat to eat those tasteless watery rice...gosh bad memory.. but eating this nice yummy porridge its like a luxurious treat for me.. ok i'm exagerating but i really can eat this for breakfast, lunch, dinner and even supper.

i know some people don't like this type of porrige.. hmmm... it reminds me of my lao po who practically don't like eat porridge.. and my granny too!! she is really old (92 years old) and when she is sick she hates porridge the most! but then she cant chew any food now and forced to eat porridge.. haiz.. but guess what?? her luxurious treat is "Da Pao". the chinese meat bun. she still eat them 2 days once when she finds it hard to chew on food.. weird huh.. haha...

Sedar Trip 21-23.08.09

3 days trip jz went by so fast so unnoticed and so memorable. i think this will be the last trip that i go under the name of the school.haiz it reminds me that STPM left 3 more months to go.. its too freaking!!! damn i not yet even ready for trial! oh mama ah!!!

k get back to my trip. this trip was organised by Renjers Puteri and Bowling Club, and mainly the people are from 6AE, 6AS and 3 from 6AB and the rest were from lower 6. the main destinations that we had visited were Melacca, KL, Bukit Merah, and lastly Cameron Highlands.

Day 1

around 1130 we went back home from our class then got ready to gather back in school by 1330. we were very excited and really very happy because we don't hav to attend Mr Teh's extra class before we leave for our trip. wahahahahha.... as everyone had gathered andthere we left for our our first destination which was Melacca!! we visited two factories, FOMEC chicken essence factory and Crystal factory in Rembau. we drop by Seremban Jusco for our dinner but ending up we tapao our food to eat on the bus. you know why??? cause we spend that 1 whole hour shopping!! haha.. we headed for The Mines as our last destination for the day. there again we SHOP SHOP SHOP!!! i got to buy 2 shirts and a short pants from Hang Ten again. yea its Hang Ten again.. sweat!! kinda feel very weird.. this season of mega sales seems doesn't hav much choices (i mean overall for all the brand) and the stocks they hav for sales are really..... urghhhh....ok bac to mine trip.. at night we stop at Sungai Buloh overhead R&R to bath.

the water there were mud water and its relly very dirty. i actually had decided not to bath but the thought of not being able to bath until we reach Cameron the next day gave me the courage to bath under that muddy water. as the result, my face became rough and had pores clogged. as you guys know i don use any product on my face and mainly depending on clean water only to wash my face, its really maddening when i saw those redness on my face. i cant wait to get to Cameron to bath again. arghhhhh...

Day 2

we arrive in taiping. we had our breakfast at 1 of this pasar kinda foodcourt. the famous food there was dry curry mee and fried kueh. emm.. well.. its jz normal economical noodle added with curry and chicken meat, that fried kuah was plain.. we visited the charcoal factory and and the swamp area. its really a very huge factory. the whole place was filled with smoke and burned wood smell and i wondering will those worker die of cancer??? anyway i heard that the distilled water from the process of producing charcoal were sold to Japan and processed into make up products. next we went to Bukit Merah Resort. we visit orang utan santuary, eco park and tried on the skychair. cool!! we see orang utan we see ireetha family. muahahahaaa.. joking...

we had steamboat that night in cameron. i think our table was the rubbish bin and all the unwanted vege were sent to us and guess wat?? we finish them all.. vege is good anyway.. good for constipation..hahaaha.. we went gia gia at the pasar malam. it was raining and we were eating strawberry ice stick and walking under the rain. so romantic!!! four of us, patty, me, angie, and chai kee, walk and eat under the rain...

after we check in the apartment(it was the same apartment i stayed last year, what an coincidence!!) we bathed and next we were ready to have fun!! but we receive a phone call from our friends from 3rd floor asking us to close all of our doors and windows because there is this group of perverts from our opposite block video caming our apartments. gosh!! they even shifted the sofa to face us!!! all of us were freaked out and make a super big fuss out of it. lastly all of us went to the apartment in 3rd floor and stand outside the balcony facing those guys.. haiz freaks.. ithink we managed to show them that we are not afraid of them and we then closed all the doors and curtains, get down to our game.. what a night>> phew...

Day 3

we visited a few farms .. as usual...

we had our lunch at Bidor which they have this very very famous shop selling duck drumstick noodle. we had our dinner in midvalley. lastly back home.

as for today, i can't even think of any title to match my post. i'm not sure what to blog about even at this moment. i actually had planned to blog about my TOP 5 favourite girl tomorrow because i haven't manage to gather all the photos. last year i had posted it without pictures. this year i decided to make them public.haha. ok then wait till i gather all of them only i will blog about it..

it had been 1 week since i started to prepare for trial. guess what?? yea i bet those who know me well enough will know that i didn't make much progress. haha. its a big problem i think because i wouldn't get down to study till the last minute. but in fact even if i were to go full speed now from this moment, its quite impossible to finish all my syllabus also. WAKE UP!! **SLAP SLAP SLAP* WAKE UP!!! i need Slapper to slap me.. any volunteer????

today we had a meeting with the maths and science club juniors. its a review for the camp. at first i really don't expect anything good out of them due to their attitudes and performance in other club's activities. but suprisingly, the camp on last saturday was well organised and i can say its 1 of the best activities they come up with every since they entered Form 6. even though there are still some minor problems but their achievement in organising the camp are able to make the senoirs to overlook those problems. they had learned their lessons and i'm impressed with that camp. the games they had conducted are quite challenging and fun and tricky. i love that ice water game the most. in fact i'm looking forward to the informal Majlis Perpisahan for us which will on the 26/8/09. when i heard their plans today, i can imagine that it will be real fun night!! BBQ, water fight, buffet, karo-ok...... haha.. i will enjoy myself kao kao... k la here is some pictures on that camp day.

i'm being stupidly stupid...

that day he mentioned what he wants to me.. i was expecting it ever since then. but i never thought he will give his reply so soon. but later it seems he regreted and wish to have me back that night itself. i realised its impossible to carry on when one of us is not ready. all this started 10 months ago, when i finally agreed to his request. we started off very sweet and fun and feeling comfortable with each other's companion. i always have this problem of not trusting man as in the area of romance and even in life. he said he will make me believing in man through him. i tried and what i get in the end was another disappoinment. i never regreted for accepting him and i still love him very much, but thing just doesnt work out between us.

i got too busy in my own activities and eventually did not have enough time for him. we were on long distance relationship and basically our relationship was based on phone calls, sms, msn.. rarely we got a chance to meet up with each other.the last time we met up was already 5 months ago. along this few months he always told me that he wish to see me again soon.. 6weeks of sem break, he didn't take the effort to meet me, and even last week when i was in kl for my bro's convocation, he rejected to meet me eventhough i asked him to. i wondering is he just fooling around with me or whatever he said was just to applease a girl. actually when i asked him to help me to get a pressie for my fren was just an excuse to meet him when i'm in kl. he didn't get it for me anyhow. later i persuaded my parents to go shopping by telling them i need to get pressie.(they were reluctant to go to public places due to the spread of AH1N1). i tried all my best to meet him but all i get was disappoinment when he gave a very lame and ridiculous excuse which was no transport. i admit that since last month i got too busy with my upcoming exams, i didn't have much time to accompany him and kinda neglected him. this trip to kl i tried to meet him as to make up for my busy schedules. but its seems he doesn't appreciate what i'm doing for him. maybe i was being inconsiderate when i told him that we might have to hang around with my family since its a family outing for me. i know its uncomfortable for him but my bro's girlfriend was around too. moreover he already stayed at my house before when he visited me in Muar. if you would to say that he is shy, then isn't that he is too bold to stay at the house of a girl which he only dated for 2 months plus its at a stranger's place?? why he was brave enough to come to stay with me but he is not brave enough to meet me at shopping mall along with my family??

i can't resist asking him this question, who am i to you?? i know its a stupid question but i just can't help it. i need to know! i ask him to think carefully whether is he ready to have dis relationship with me, and finally he gave me his answer. i felt very funny when he wanted me back. i did asked him whether he already comfirm his decision, he told me firmly he is clear about it. we remained as close friends now and may be 1 day our status might regain back to couples. i will only accept him back when he is ready. but when is it i cant say. i dont know and i don't want to know it now.

i know i'm not perfect too in this relationship, i was wrong at times. i know that he doesn't like it when i tend to keep my problems to myself. i also know that its not easy to maintain a long distance relationship. i understand how he feels when he shares his problems. ijust wanna let him know that those feeling he felt is not a problem for us to carry on. there are alot things that i don't mind at all. i really don't mind at all..............

july_ month of sadness and happiness

lets talk about all the happiness first.. there really a lot of july babies celebrating their birthday. this including Chee Miao, Tze Yun, Pei Lin, Rachel Tan, my mom...... and Jared!!! i decided to write more about my mom's and Jared's birthday...

31st july-

mom's birthday.....

i managed to get her a blouse from Seed before her birthday. i noticed that i'm really bad at shopping.. took ages for me to decide on which should i buy for my mom. then on her birthday we went to melaka to celebrate her birthday. we went shopping of course!! poor dad.. he looked so bored all the way.. my mom get herself a pair of long pants and two colar Tees from Hang Ten. em actually she wears Tees to work. she had plenty of them and sometimes i borrow them too.. haha.. i got myself a dress too from Nichii. a black short dress for my bro's convocation. since its mega sales now, things are off for 10%-70%.. kinda worth it.. i tried to get a new pair of heels, but i don dare to buy those cheap brands because usually it will end up my leg having blisters!! urgh... even my mom jz got herself a pair of heels from CR2, still got herself blisters when she wore it yesterday.. after that we went for dinner at Wok And Pan. its a nyonya cum western restaurant. we had chops and my mom had pork ribs. haha she was stunned when she saw the huge serving. later we went for cendol again.. cham fat fat dy... my mom told me she wants to diet, haha... i will see....

next its Jared's birthday...

ok this is Jared,,, well he is 1 of my church member whom we stick together in church pretty much.. so i decided to planned something for him on his birthday..

27th July-

it was raining heavily around 12pm.. (if you guys had read the news, this rain had caused floods in Johor an Melacca)i was hoping it will stop at 1pm. we planned to pick Jared up from High School and give him a suprise. well, it failed.. haiz.. Joshua was there earlier then me as i was stuck in school due to the traffic jam and all the mess caused by the heavy rain. Ening and i was wet by the time we were in my car. i need to pick up Edwin some more.. we were late. Jared was already in Joshua's car since its raining. we went to PP cafe to have lunch.

well thats 6 of us. i'm not in the photo... actually Job was to arrive earlier but it seems he came much later from Melacca.

its funny.. kids like to play with car's alarm and Jared was playing mine. Joshua tried his too.. he car was across the street. he make it rang and this was the funniest part...............he cant off it from the cafe.. hahahahaahahahah.... he had to run across the street to off it.. if you still remember it was raining super heavily.. he ended up like this... hahahahaaha

he was wet and water dripped from his hair.however he managed to dry himself and i'm not going to describe how he did it..*shrugged*

after the meal, we brought out the cake and sang bday song for Jared. as usual, he gotta pick all the candle out from the cake with his mouth!!! meanwhile i was creaming his face.. hahahaha

suddenly he grabbed the top of the cake and wanted throw at me.. hahahaha luckily he didn't... or else my white blouse will be gone...
