Exclaimation Mark!

I guess i must had been reading too much chinese blog and speaking too much chinese nowadays. I had totally lost interest in blogging in english. First of all, you need very good command of english vocab to crack a joke( at least you wouldn't sound so cheaplak, secondly blogging in chinese you can just add in all kinds of language and every mother tongue and it still sounds as good as ever.wtf. But interestingly I noticed my chinese had improved tremendously. Ahhh Patty don't laugh, I'm serious about this, I can speak much better now.
 Imagine now I start to blog in broken english, I bet you gonna stop reading soon.
For trial, I gonna try it for once, just for the sake of fun.

Yesterdaylah I really very happy leh, exam finish already! actually we already plan where to go before exam you know, really cannot tahan ady mah.. 4 papers nia but need 4 weeks to exam, so much free time, of course will simply think lah.. not only simply think hor.. we really got think properly where to go and how to go hor since we no car.. finally after weeks of discussion, we decided to go singapore with Yen Yen. After last paper then straight away go liao. I bet nobody more kiasu then us one. but jinkaolat,when we want to go out, rain very heavily, and that ccy super slow lor! waited so long you know, the driver sure very dl..

urgh no mood to continue writing for now..
In fact I saved this post as draft and went hanging out with friends. To cut the story short, we went to bugis and shopped there. Its something like Times Square in KL, all for 10dollars but no trying sort of thgs. Not really my type of shopping, but i enjoyed very much. Just now went out again to spend the last day with Evan, Kelly and CJ. We had fabulous korean food for lunch and spent almost 3 hours walking in JBI. Kinda boring but no choice since Kelly and Cj need to catch their bus back at 6pm. Now i'm alone in hostel as Evan also had left to catch her flight. oooo... Boring sial...

Diet Plan No.1- Cabbage Soup

This is what I googled and found..

If you have a special occasion coming up, or you simply need to lose weight fast, the Cabbage Soup Diet may be just what you're looking for.
Although not suitable for long-term weight loss, the Cabbage Soup Diet is a low-fat, high-fiber diet that will help you get into shape fast before you embark on a more moderate long-term eating plan.
Pros and Cons of the Cabbage Soup Diet
Pros: You'll lose weight fast, and can get as much of the foods listed in the program as you want. Although the diet is only for seven days (and shouldn't be adhered to for longer), it provides a great "kick-start" for a more moderate diet.
Cons: Some people find the soup bland. Some people have reported feeling light-headed, weak, and have suffered from decreased concentration (although some who have been affected in this way felt it was well worth it, since it was only for a week and they had lost considerable weight).
What the Cabbage Soup Diet is NOT
The cabbage soup diet is sometimes referred to as the "Mayo Clinic Diet", and the "Sacred Heart Hospital Diet". Interestingly, this diet has nothing to do with either the Mayo Clinic, nor any Sacred Heart Hospital we know about.
The Problem With Most "Mainstream" Diets
Most diets - especially "mainstream" diets, and those recommended by major medical institutions - work slowly but surely, resulting in around 1 pound of weight loss per week.
This "slow and steady" way to lose weight is certainly healthy, but suffers from one significant drawback : most people get discouraged and quit whatever diet they are on if they don't see results quickly.
Seven Keys to Success
  1. Follow the diet religiously.
  2. Drink at least 4 glasses of water per day
  3. Keep in mind that it's only seven days
  4. Complement the diet with a good multivitamin tablet
  5. Print the information on this site so you can refer to it daily
  6. Eat plenty of soup - as much as you want! Do not try to starve yourself or you'll probably cheat and break the diet
  7. Try different spices to liven up the soup and add variety
Cabbage Soup Recipe
  • 6 large green onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Container (10 oz. or so) Mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • half a head of cabbage
  • 1 package Lipton soup mix
  • 1 or 2 cubes of bouillon (optional)
  • 1 48oz can V8 juice (optional)
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.
Directions:
Slice green onions, put in a pot and start to saute with cooking spray.
Cut green pepper stem end off and cut in half, take the seeds and membrane out. Cut the green-pepper into bite size pieces and add to pot.
Take the outer leafs layers off the cabbage, cut into bite size pieces, add to pot.
Clean carrots, cut into bite size pieces, and add to pot.
Slice mushrooms into thick slices, add to pot.
If you would like a spicy soup, add a small amount of curry or cayenne pepper now.
You can use beef or chicken bouillon cubes for seasonings. These have all the salt and flavors you will need.
Use about 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the V8 juice), cover and put heat on low. Let soup cook for a long time - two hours works well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Remember: This diet should only be followed for 7 days at a time, with at least two weeks in between.

7-Day Plan


Day One:
Fruit: Eat all of the fruit you want (except bananas). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.

Day Two:
Vegetables: Eat until you are stuffed will all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you want along with your soup. At dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit today.

Day Three:
Mix Days One and Two: Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. No Baked Potato.

Day Four:
Bananas and Skim Milk: Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.

Day Five:
Beef And Tomatos: Ten to twenty ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomtoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once this day. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (but absolutely no skin-on chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef one one of the beef days (but not both).

Day Six:
Beef and Vegetables: Eat to your heart's content of beef and vegetables this day. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with leafy green vegetables. No Baked Potato. Eat your soup at least once.

Day Seven:
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Again stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup at least once this day.


Important Safety Information
The Cabbage Soup Diet is packed with nutritious vegetables and fruit, and is extremely low in fat. Many people say it's the best rapid weight-loss program around.
However, you should only go on this diet for one week at a time, then resume your normal eating for at least two weeks. The cabbage soup diet is too low in complex carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals to continue for longer than this.
Furthermore, this diet is only recommended for adults. The Cabbage Soup Diet is definitely not suitable for children and adolescents.

我没有骂粗话啦!!!是发福!!发福!!
本人hor最近没什么拍照,可是今天早上就和几个美到不行的美女们去吃早餐!!带赛的那个就有带相机,就让朋友帮我照了一张相片。。 天啊,为什么我的华语怪怪的。。。还是太久没有用华语blog了。。
拍了一张就没心情拍了,原因是我发福了!!直接点就是我肥了嘛!!!!!

就是这张拉!!话说回来,带赛的相机真的很不错,暗暗的地方,吸光能力强!!

然后我就去google一下减肥方法,其中很受欢迎的有白菜汤、极端不吃不喝法,全蛋白质减肥法,还有就是那个运动了啦!!

RM1 ~~Shopping Spree~~

As you guys know me, I'm the girl finds pleasure in shopping.. which girl doesnt? duh~~  But I only shop for CHEAP STUFF!!! Yeah!! Besides spending money at one go, I also like to spend money on cheap and sales items!!! Imagine I get to buy a MNG blouse at the price of RM35! Originally it was RM135! Well it satisfied my indulgence in shopping yet without creating a big hole in my purse.

Alright, so few weeks back when I came back to my hometown, which is Muar, I get to shop again at ridiculous price!! YES!! ITS RM1!! Every items its at the PRICE OF RM1! The shop, Mofa Collection, was located at 2nd floor, (opposite of Popular Bookstore), Plaza Legenda. They were closing down the shop and selling off every thing dirt cheap at the price of RM1. After being informed by my mom, there was this sales going on, immediately I jumped out from my bed and went there.

One word to describe the scene, it is

CRAZY!! FREAKINGLY CRAZY!!

Everybody were snatching items at the rate of tornado spinning across California! There is at least 30 people inside the small shop grabbing at things within their reach! So without wasting anytime at being stunned by the scene, I became one of them! OMG I felt so aunty and auntier and auntiest when I recalled back.

After one round of grabbing and snatching, I managed to informed my buddies. But only Irene appeared fast enough to accompany me for the second round. When we went back to the shop, they had already pulled down the gate. Anyhow we manage to sneak in again through the back door!! What a genius I am!
So we shop again. Irene was stunned by the scene too! You should look at her then. I bet I were as funny as hers too!!

my awesome coursemates!!

literally as i had mentioned, my coursemates and frightfully awesome and amusing!! lol.. everyday lesson in lecture are always full of suprises!!

here is just pictures of what they had did during titas lecture.. as usually we start picnicking in class in the morning. and today yyy brought something that make all of our jaw drop wide!! its half boiled egg including soy sauce and bowl!!
